Crossroads Non-Diet Approach Program
The Crossroads group program is a non-diet approach to dealing with weight concerns. Participants learn behavior changes, intuitive eating practices and evidenced based nutrition guidance.
The goal of Crossroads is to help participants have a better understanding of their complex metabolism and how to fuel it instead of starve it. This approach to weight normalization is widely associated with long term weight management success, as opposed to unsustainable short term weight loss known as 'yo-yo dieting'.
