An Introduction to Restored
Participating Clinicians:
Here at Wellness Coaching & Nutrition Therapy we are passionate about providing quality, evidence-based treatment for eating disorders and disordered eating.
Because we also recognize that some go without the treatment they need because of financial constraints, we have decided to offer the following services

individual nutrition therapy

group meal support

post meal nutrition support group
at a significantly reduced rate to those who qualify. Please complete our qualification form below by clicking the button below. We will contact you within 2-3 business days once received:
Clinic Times:
9am to 12pm
Clinic Day: Tuesday at our Katy location (411 Park Grove Drive Suite 720 Katy, TX 77450). Appointment availability is limited, so please submit a qualification form today!
Clinic Rates:
$75 Individual Nutrition Therapy Initial Assessment with Registered Dietitian (60 minutes)
$50 Follow-up Appointment with Registered Dietitian (30-35 minutes)
$10 Group Meal Support (At least three group members required for group to meet.)
$10 Group Nutrition Support Group (At least three group members required for group to meet.)
